Little Italy Laneway Reno

This is a laneway house and then some! This project involved a complete renovation of this oversized laneway lot, located at the centre of Little Italy in Toronto. A cold plunge pool, sauna, and outdoor firepit in the courtyard make you believe you are outside of the urban setting, basking in a secluded oasis. A large format window was designed and installed in the studio portion of the house allowing natural light to flow in and warm the space. A Stuv fireplace was installed, creating a visual piece of art and providing functional warmth to the cavernous studio space. This home features a beautiful mix of industrial, modern, and bohemian elements, which act as a lovely reflection of the personality of its owners.
