At RBA Projects, we believe that every project starts with a conversation. We must get a chance to understand what is important to you. What’s on your wish list? Are you looking to build a custom home, or looking to renovate what you have? What’s important to your lifestyle? Are you a family looking for additional space for children or are you retired and looking to finally build your dream home? We want to learn all of what a successful project means to you.
Design Development
Now that we understand your goals for the project, we will facilitate your design. Whether you already have a designer/architect in mind, or you would like us to pair you with the right one of our design partners, we will ensure that your design exceeds your expectations and meets your budget. We believe in an integrated approach and we can handle all aspects of design including architectural, interior, and landscape.
Preconstruction Planning
The time spent planning for the project before active construction begins is a critical phase. We work intimately with you to continue to refine your design requirements and selections. Through trade and supplier tendering, we also use this time to complete a more fully developed budget so that the costs are well understood before construction begins. As a company, we are defined by our client transparency. It is our mission that our clients be the most well-informed in the industry.
Personalized Project Team
We believe that a team approach to building leads to the best results. We assign you a project manager, project coordinator, and site supervisor who will work intimately with you and the designers/architects throughout the project. Building and/or renovating can be an emotional experience. We believe that effective client communication is of paramount importance to ensure a positive outcome. We are an extension of you and will ensure that you have all the important information that you need.
Active Construction
It’s time to get building! Through our extensive network of trusted trades, we ensure only the highest caliber of tradespeople will be working on your project. Our people are fully vetted and trained with an attention to detail unrivaled in the industry. We have a history of being capable of handling some of the most complicated work. Job-site safety is also critically important. We ensure that our team is fully trained and maintains the highest standards of safety competency.
Project Completion
You made it! You now have the home, cottage, chalet, boathouse, or renovation that you’ve always dreamed of. We have ensured this through our process of scheduled, ongoing client updates and meetings throughout the project. Further, a final “client walk-through” towards project completion, is implemented to identify any deficiencies to ensure that you are fully satisfied with the work that has been done. We are a member of the Tarion new home warranty that ensures compliance with the Ontario New Home Warranties Act & Regulations. We’ve got you covered!
