We broke the mould with this one. It is another of our series of builds on a quiet street in Gravenhurst, but this one is a duplex! The main unit features a large open concept kitchen and living area with a spacious basement that exits to the backyard. Above the three car garage is a second unit complete with a full kitchen and separate laundry room. With this unconventional layout, we were able to maximize the use of space to ensure both units have all the amenities one could want in their home.
