This restoration project featured a large-scale modern makeover with full landscaping in the heart of Humber Valley Village. Not much of the original house remained after demolition, however the final product shows nothing but the highest quality new materials.

The backyard is to die for. It is complete with two tiered composite decks, phantom screens, and an outdoor fireplace, television, and heaters. Inside there are a number of artful touches, including a modern glass and steel staircase, a bright kitchen with an impressive four-sided glass wine fridge, and stunning light fixtures and fireplaces throughout.
