Deciding whether to tear-down and build new or renovate can be a daunting decision. Not so for this family. With the matriarchal father having completed so much of the work himself and a family history literally etched into the walls of the cottage, the decision was obvious. Renovations included a brand new kitchen/mudroom addition, a new principal bedroom addition, new deck and extensive interior remodelling. The end result is a look that Grandpa would be proud of!
