A new custom home on the Collingwood waterfront, designed by Salt Design for a large family, with the main living spaces built for gathering. The site sits on an extremely high water table. The house rests on a raft foundation, the finished floor height and grading were both raised, and a detailed drainage plan is built into the landscaping.
