Client builder journey
What actually happens between the first meeting and the final walkthrough.
A complete look at how RBA runs a project. The pre-construction agreement, the tendering process, the monthly reporting, the safety program, and the closeout. Written for homeowners and design teams who want to know what they are signing up for before they sign anything.
What You Can Expect

Phase 1: Project Planning
How a project gets defined before drawings are final. Site feasibility, the consultants required, how a preliminary budget becomes fully tendered pricing, and where we find savings without changing the design intent.

Phase 2: Construction
The machinery of an active site. Tendering and bid packages, scheduling, progress billings, shop drawings, RFIs, change management, and the safety program every trade works under.

Phase 3: Closing
Walkthrough, punch list, closeout documents, and the manuals and warranties handed over at the end.
