Norseman Heights

At Norseman Heights we completed this bungalow renovation for long-time clients and friends. This was the third project for this family, who were looking to downsize from a large two storey home into a functional and dramatic bungalow living space. We added large ceiling coffers in the main floor living areas to create a sense of grandeur and height. A full gut and redesign of the main floor and basement were necessary to fit in everything one could desire in a home for a young family of four. We completed the outdoor living space by adding a screened in deck and backyard oasis with a fibreglass pool and synthetic grass for low maintenance.
