Sunnylea Renovation

This renovation in Toronto’s Sunnylea neighbourhood included an exterior façade, landscaping, and basement renovation completed in three phases. We created an exquisite outdoor living space and added a large storage area to blend naturally with the exterior of the home. The homeowner was on the fence about whether to stay in the house and renovate or sell and build new. They love the new renovation and aren’t going anywhere.
