North Kingsway Modern

This home features a contemporary design built with earth toned materials to make the space feel like a warm and inviting family abode. Custom cabinets overlook the open concept living and dining room across from the warm glow of the modern fireplace. A new door was shipped from Germany, which creates a stunning entranceway to the home. We created a superb modern inspired walkway and retaining wall, which include a snow melting system and LED light channels to soften the approach to the front door. The backyard multi-level covered porch overlooks a beautifully landscaped yard, and garden oasis.
